What should I wear to the gala dinner? – Dress Code

The Gala Dinner is the glamorous highlight of our conference. An evening of elegance, inspiration and networking in a festive atmosphere. But what does this mean for your wardrobe?

Ladies: evening wear and festive elegance
For women, the Gala Dinner is the perfect opportunity to pull an evening gown out of the closet. Long or knee-length, classic or contemporary, choose an outfit that suits your style and makes you feel comfortable. Elegant cocktail dresses or festive combinations are also excellent choices. Consider accessories such as jewelry, a small handbag and stylish shoes to complete your look.

Men: suit and tie – stylish and smart
For men, we recommend a smart suit – whether in classic black, dark blue or an elegant shade of gray. A cravat or bow tie is welcome, but can be removed after the official part of the evening. If you prefer something a little more casual, a smart shirt and jacket will work too. The important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident in your outfit.

What if I don’t have anything formal to wear?
Don’t worry! Even if you don’t have an evening gown or suit, you are still very welcome at the Gala Dinner. The most important thing is that you attend and enjoy the evening. Our focus is on spending time together and sharing ideas – not on the dress code. While formal dress is a wonderful way to make the evening special, it is not a requirement.

The dress code in a nutshell
Dress in a chic and festive way that suits you and the occasion. The Gala Dinner is your stage to shine with elegance and individuality. We look forward to seeing you in your own personal style.

    An evening to remember
The Gala Dinner is not only an opportunity to dress up, but also to meet other Toastmasters from different countries and experience an inspiring evening. Whether you wear an evening gown, a suit or another chic outfit, we look forward to a glamorous evening with you!
